I've worked in the tech industry for 10 years...

But I actually started my tech journey in customer-facing roles, which is where I developed the soft skills I carry with me today. Without working in support and customer success, I probably wouldn’t have realized how I thrive working in collaborative environments, where I’m able to give and get feedback, practice problem-solving, and much more.

For the past 5 years, I’ve worked in product design, where I’ve had the privilege of helping startups and businesses bring their ideas to life through practical, and simple design. Today, I’m a versatile designer with a passion for creating thoughtful, user-centered experiences.
